Japan (日本 Nihon) is the main setting for Cardcaptor Sakura, and xxxHolic. Most of the characters in those two titles live in Japan.

Japan (日本 Nihon) is also Kurogane's country of origin, although it exists in a separate dimension.

[edit] Nihon in Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle

Nihon is the country of residence of Kurogane and Princess Tomoyo, although it does not resemble modern Japan. The group return to this country later in the Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle manga after both Fay (from Celes) and Tomoyo make a wish (sacrificing her power as a dreamseer) to bring them to a safe place to heal. However, Syaoran ends up fighting Seishiro for the feather he had, before using the feather to enter the Dream World.
